Shopping With Us
Shopping with
us is split up into four sections as follows: Regulations, Ordering,
Purchasing and Termination of Service.
Regulations
SingleMaltScotchKing.com is based in
Michigan
and therefore Michigan law governs all transactions within it. The state
of Michigan therefore has exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any
disputes arising in terms of this site or purchases / orders made therein.
To make a purchase from this site you must be 21 years of age or over. If
you do not meet this criterion, please leave this site immediately. These
terms and conditions do not breech your statutory rights.
Ordering
To make a
purchase, you must be 21 years of age or older and complete our on-line
order form completely. Any individual making a purchase will be deemed to
have accepted SingleMaltScotchKing.com’s terms and conditions. Orders
received may only be processed between the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Monday through Saturday and 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm Sunday (all EST times).
Your orders may only be dealt with within these times. Any orders received
out of these hours will not be concluded until the next available trading
hours. A confirmation of acceptance and all costs to you, including
delivery charges if applicable, will be called in or emailed to you within
24 hours of receipt of the order.
Purchasing
All purchases
must be made for private consumption and you, the purchaser, must render a
valid driver’s license showing the age of 21 years or older , upon
exchange of product or products. Deliveries may be made to an address
other than that of the purchaser where the order is a gift. That person
who is receiving this gift or gifts must render a valid driver’s license
showing the age of 21 years or older.
SingleMaltScotchKing.com
will not be responsible for the cost of any orders which are seized or
impounded, and no refunds or credit notes will be given in these
circumstances. If any goods are seized or impounded,
SingleMaltScotchKing.com will not be responsible for any fines, taxes or
other duties arising from the purchase or purchases you have made. Please
check your local legislation before making a purchase.
SingleMaltScotchKing.com sells products to you under the condition that
these will not be resold.
You own the product or
products once we have received payment in full. Until then, the ownership
of the product or products remains with SingleMaltScotchKing.com. Failure
by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our
right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
Termination of Services
SingleMaltScotchKing.com reserves the right to terminate any use of this
service if any of the aforesaid terms and conditions is breached in any
way.
